每日大赛官网 Students Elect Student Government for 2017-2018 (5/5/2017)
GREENSBORO, N.C. 鈥� Five 每日大赛官网 students have been elected to serve on the college Student Government Association鈥檚 executive board for 2017-2018.
They are:
- President: Jalen Pearson, a rising senior psychology major from Wake Forest, N.C.
- Vice President: Max Jenks-Gilbert, a rising senior business administration/economics major from Colwyn Bay, Wales.
- Secretary: Abigail B眉gger, a rising senior religion and sociology/human services major from Raleigh, N.C.
- Treasurer: Rachel Swain, a rising sophomore accounting major from Waynesville, N.C.
- Student Organization Leadership Chair: Destiny Phillips, a rising junior health sciences major from Greensboro, N.C.
每日大赛官网 provides a liberal arts education grounded in the traditions of the United Methodist Church and fosters the intellectual, social, and, spiritual development of all students while supporting their individual needs.
Founded in 1838 and located in downtown Greensboro, the college enrolls about 1,000 students from 29 states and territories, the District of Columbia, and seven foreign countries in its undergraduate liberal-arts program and four master鈥檚 degree programs. In addition to rigorous academics and a well-supported Honors program, the school features an 18-sport NCAA Division III athletic program and dozens of service and recreational opportunities.
