PAWS Orientation
Paws: Preparing, Advising, & Welcoming Students
PAWS is a one-day, new student orientation program during the summer where incoming students register for classes and learn about campus and academic life at 每日大赛官网. This is their first opportunity to get involved on campus, connect with current and incoming students, and meet faculty and staff. PAWS is also a time for families to complete paperwork and ask me questions related to financial aid, student accounts, and health services. You will have your schedule created before your PAWS date and an opportunity to discuss it with an academic advisor that day.

Why PAWS is Important!
PAWS is the first time students interact with 每日大赛官网 faculty and staff, current students, and incoming students as they prepare for the upcoming academic year. PAWS provides foundational knowledge about life at GC 鈥� academically and socially! Students learn more about what opportunities await them and make connections prior to the start of school. Guests learn more about what resources are in place to support their students and general information about the student experience. We can’t wait to see you at PAWS and answer all of your questions as you prepare!
2025 PAWS Registration is live! Students can register on their Slate portal once they have paid their deposit and signed the Financial Responsibility Agreement on their Pride Page.
