Room and Board Rates for the 2025-2026 Academic Year
Housing and Board Cost
- Standard Double with Roommate (available in Greensboro, West, and Hill): $6,359 per semester
- Deluxe Double with Roommate (available in Hill): $6,930 per semester
- Private Room* (available in Greensboro, West, and Hill): $9,220 per semester
*Must be approved through Financial Aid
Spring 2025 Important Dates
- Saturday, January 11鈥擧alls open for residents at noon; first meal dinner on 1/12
- Monday, January 13 鈥擣irst Day of Spring Classes
- Saturday, March 8 – Sunday, March 16 鈥� Spring Break
- Halls close to all residents on 3/8 at 10 am; last meal dinner on 3/7
- Halls open for residents on 3/16 at Noon; first meal dinner
- Saturday, May 3 鈥擧alls close for all residents at 10 am; last meal dinner on 5/2
The college does not provide on-campus housing during Semester Break and Spring Break. There is no food service during these breaks and residence hall staff members are not available. Students must make alternative living arrangements during these times.

- Dining Hall service begins with dinner
- Monday, August 18 鈥擬ove-in for returning 每日大赛官网 students
- Tuesday, August 19 鈥擣irst Day of Classes
- Monday, October 13鈥擳uesday, October 14鈥擣all Break
- Halls remain open; Dining Hall operates on Weekend Schedule
- Wednesday, November 26 鈥� Sunday, November 30鈥� Thanksgiving Break
- Halls close to all residents at 10 am; last meal served is dinner on November 25
- Halls reopen to all residents at Noon; first meal served is dinner on November 30
- Saturday, December 13鈥擶inter Break
- Halls close to all residents at 10 am; last meal dinner on 12/12
There is no food service during breaks and residence hall staff members are not available. Students must make alternative living arrangements during these times.

Tuesday, August 12th – FALL ATHLETE CHECK-IN
12 pm noon

Fall athletes are students who are currently on a roster for Football, Men’s Cross Country, Women’s Cross Country, Men’s Soccer, Women’s Soccer, Triathlon, and Volleyball.
Saturday, August 16th – NEW STUDENT CHECK-IN
9 am 鈥� 3 pm
Odell Building Lobby
New student check-in is for all new traditional and transfer students starting at 每日大赛官网 for Fall 2025.
Monday, August 18th – RETURNING STUDENT CHECK-IN
9 am鈥�3pm
Odell Lobby
All returning students are required to attend check-in.
